ULI亚太区执行委员会新增四位成员,他们均是房地产行业的领袖。该委员会负责监督ULI在整个地区的活动,助力推进ULI的使命,并为完成ULI的优先事项发挥重要的领导才能。新任委员会成员的任期从2022年7月1日开始,他们分别是:博枫资产管理公司董事合伙人兼亚洲房地产业务负责人Stuart Mercier,担任ULI中国大陆主席;博枫资产管理公司投资组合管理(房地产)高级副总裁Leonie Wilkinson,担任ULI澳大利亚主席;日本东京三井不动产投资顾问公司总裁Shuji Tomikawa,担任ULI日本主席;以及中国香港特别行政区The Seradac Foundation的创始人兼主席Benjamin Cha,担任会员代表。
感谢即将离任的委员会成员: 吴继炜、Ian Mackie和森浩生,感谢他们为ULI所付出的时间和贡献。
在全球范围内,有28位房地产行业的杰出人士成为了ULI全球管理受托人,其中有7位来自亚太地区:ESCA全球中心首席执行官Jean de Castro;黑石集团董事总经理兼亚洲ESG主管Nina James, Hines亚太区高级常务董事Raymond Lawler;戴玉祥产业咨询公司董事会成员高春华;Orca Capital Ltd创始人Ariel Shtarkman;博枫私募基金部亚洲及中东负责人Niel Thassim以及FIT Investment Corporation董事Richard Zen。

在最近举行的ULI澳大利亚峰会上,新加坡国家发展部宜居城市中心资深研究员、ULI亚太区主席邱鼎财教授就新加坡成为世界最宜居城市之一的主要经验发表了他的看法。
博华广场于2018年2月竣工,是一个以公共交通为导向的成功的开发项目,涉及重大改造,依照最高的建筑规格、操作、可持续性和客户服务标准进行建设。到2021年底,98%的办公大楼和80%以上的零售店铺已经出租。博华广场展示了考虑周全的建筑和景观设计,创新设计和施工技术的应用,以及开发商与其顾问之间的紧密合作。

ULI澳大利亚欢迎新任主席Leonie Wilkinson
ULI澳大利亚热烈欢迎新主席-博枫资产管理公司投资组合管理部高级副总裁Leonie Wilkinson。6月12日,Leonie向ULI布里斯班交付了一份市场展望,这是她作为主席的第一个官方活动。前任主席Ian Mackie的两年任期也已结束,非常感谢他所做出的所有贡献。
ULI中国大陆在上海、北京和大湾区举办夏季会议
ULI中国大陆已经在上海、北京和大湾区(GBA)成功举办了为期三周的系列夏季会议。来自世界各地的愈95位演讲嘉宾分享了富有远见的行业见解以及最新行业知识,令与会代表们沉浸其中,受益匪浅。会议中讨论的主题有资本市场、经济前景、ESG、创新与技术、城市的未来等。其中200余名参会者参加了ULI 大湾区的首届年会。

ULI中国香港:仿生建筑,以来自大自然的灵感应对碳足迹挑战
事实证明,大自然的方方面面都是最好的:设计、建设、运营、维护和处置。青年领袖小组(YLG)委员会最近组织了一次头脑风暴,参与者讨论了如何从大自然中获得商业灵感。
2022年ULI菲律宾年会回顾
2022年ULI菲律宾年会日前召开,本届年会以 "过去、现在和未来--城市的演变" 为主题,吸引了近200名参会者,分别以亲临现场和网上直播的方式参与其中。这是ULI菲律宾举办的第一个大型线上/线下混合活动。全体会议在邦板牙省克拉克自由港区的克拉克万豪酒店举行,另在马尼拉和新克拉克市组织了项目考察活动。
2022年首届女性领袖倡议(WLI)新加坡表彰奖
6月2日,ULI新加坡主办了2022年首届WLI新加坡表彰奖活动。新加坡国立大学(NUS)的三名优秀女性毕业生(房地产理学士)获得了这一殊荣。设立该奖项的目的以及该奖项的发展机会在于进一步培养女性对房地产和土地利用行业的兴趣,并使她们具备相关技能和知识以便获得更大的职业发展。

Four real estate industry leaders have joined the ULI Asia Pacific Executive Committee, which oversees the Institute’s activities across the region, helps further the ULI mission, and provides valuable leadership in accomplishing the ULI priorities. Thirteen outstanding real estate development projects have been named the winners of the 2022 ULI Asia Pacific Awards for Excellence, one of the real estate industry’s most prestigious honours. This year’s winners include five projects in Australia, four in China, and one each in Malaysia, Maldives, Philippines, and Singapore, respectively.
This August, an unparalleled lineup of global real estate experts and thought leaders are keen to share their secrets and present actionable insights, data-driven knowledge, and innovative ideas from the real estate industry with ULI members exclusively.

Professor Khoo Teng Chye, fellow of the Centre for Liveable Cities and chair of the ULI Asia Pacific, presented his views on the lessons underpinning Singapore’s stronghold as one of the world’s most livable cities at a recent ULI Australia Summit.
Completed in February 2018, One Museum Place is a successful transit-oriented development involving significant remodelling, with the highest building specifications, operation, sustainability, and customer service standards. By the end of 2021, 98 percent of the office tower and over 80 percent of the retail pavilion were leased. One Museum Place is a showcase of thoughtful architecture and landscape design, use of innovative design and construction technologies, and collaboration among the developer and its consultants.

ULI Australia Welcomes Leonie Wilkinson as Chair
ULI Australia is pleased to welcome Leonie Wilkinson, Senior Vice President, Portfolio Management, Brookfield Asset Management as the new Chair of ULI Australia. Leonie delivered a Market Outlook to ULI Brisbane on 12 June as her first official event as Chair. After two years of tenure, we're very grateful to past Chair, Ian Mackie for all of his contributions.
ULI China Mainland Held Summer Meeting Series in Shanghai, Beijing and GBA
ULI China Mainland has successfully held the Summer Meeting series in Shanghai, Beijing and GBA across three weeks. Delegates are immersed in the insightful and latest industry knowledge shared by over 95 speakers around the world. Discussion topics include capital markets, economic outlooks, ESG, innovation and technology, and the future of cities, etc. Over 200 delegates were attracted to ULI GBA's inaugural annual conference.
Life Science Report is now Available in Japanese
Understanding the Life Sciences Sector in Asia Pacific: the Case for Investment, published in December last year, is now available on the Knowledge Finder in Japanese.

A Look Back on the 2022 ULI Philippines Conference
The 2022 ULI Philippines Conference with the theme of the Past, Present and Future – Evolution of Cities garnered nearly 200 participants, both in-person and livestream, the first major hybrid event of ULI Philippines. The main plenary was held at Clark Marriott Hotel, Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga with optional study tours in Manila and New Clark City.
Inaugural Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) Singapore Commendation Award 2022
On 2 June, ULI Singapore hosted its inaugural WLI Singapore Commendation Award 2022. Three outstanding graduating female students of the National University of Singapore (NUS) Bachelor of Science (Real Estate) received this prestigious award. The intent of the award and its development opportunities is to further nurture their interest in the real estate and land use industry and equip them with the skills and knowledge that would support their career progression.
